About Diamond Color
The color of a diamond is an alphabetical grading system that goes from D to Z. Ranging from absolutely colorless (D color) which is the most preferred, all the way down to colors that can be quite gray. Colorless diamonds are truly devoid of any hues and they are also known as “white diamonds”. Because Color is highly valued, the less color a diamond has, the more valuable it is.

What About Colored Diamonds
All D-Z Diamonds are considered as white, allthough they contain hints of color. True fancy colored Diamonds (yellows, pinks, and blues) are graded on a completely seperate scale.
